Apprentice Michelle engineers awards success
Michelle is employed at Wrightbus in Ballymena where she is following an apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacturing. She joined Wrightbus from a catering background but has fitted seamlessly into this very different environment, where she has been assembling and manufacturing double deck buses.
In the training she receives through Seven Towers Training, Michelle has shown dedication to both her practical and theoretical studies and has proved to be an example to other, younger students. She is now on her way to completing her Level 2 qualifications and it is anticipated she has the potential to progress well beyond the Level 3 requirement.
