Creative pupils impress judges at garden show
Integrated primary schools from all over Northern Ireland showcased scarecrows which they had made for the show’s Scarecrow Avenue, co-ordinated by the Integrated Education Fund.
Glengormley Integrated Primary School’s ‘Jolly Jack’ won the award for Best Allotment Scarecrow, while Mallusk Integrated Primary School (Mr Donald Spike) and Hazelwood Integrated Primary School (Fauna) were highly commended for their creations.

Hide AdThe Best Overall Scarecrow award went to ‘Johnny Field From Crows Lane’ from Ballycastle Integrated Primary School.
Allianz Garden Show Ireland 2016 attracted thousands of people to Antrim Castle Gardens from May 6 - 8.
