Maghera woman overwhelmed by support for disabled grand daughter Neave
Violet Phillips said she would like to thank everyone who supported the Coffee Morning and Cake Sale on Saturday, August 22 to raise funds to help change the life of her disabled granddaughter Neave Evans.
Neave is nearly four years old and after a traumatic birth has quadriplegic, spastic cerebral palsy.

Neave’s home near Blackburn in Lancashire requires essential adaptations to give her safe ground floor living accommodation.
“We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of the local community and the way in which they have supported Neave and her family,” said Violet.
“A total of £2,400 has been raised to date. Thanks to all those who supported this event and especially to those who baked, helped on the day or sent donations.
“The money raised is going to help purchase specialised bathing equipment for Neave’s new bathroom facility.”
