Man pleads guilty to stealing lead

A Lisburn man has admitted stealing lead from roofs of two houses.

James Edward McMahon, from Flush Park, appeared at Lisburn Magistrates Court this week charged with two counts of theft.

McMahon was charged with stealing lead to the value of £300 on January 1, 2015 from two houses in Lisburn.

District Judge Rosie Waters adjourned the case for four weeks until March 9 to allow for pre-sentence reports to be compiled.
