42% of Magilliganinmates have keys
OVER 40 per cent of prisoners in Magilligan jail have keys to their own cells.
In the County Londonderry prison 42.8 per cent of inmates can let themselves in and out.
At Maghaberry and Hydebank the percentage was just 16 per cent.
At the Young Offenders Centre just two per cent had their own keys.
