BALLYCASTLE CAMOGS ARE THE BIG WINNERS THROUGH THE BIGGEST LOSER BOOT CAMP 2014

Following on from Ballycastle Camogie Club's biggest loser 2013 the girls ran an intense two week boot camp. The boot camp involved early morning and evening training sessions in a number of disciplines to shed some pounds before the summer. The high energy classes witnessed forty two participants kick start training regimes to encourage healthier lifestyles and promote a holistic sense of well being. The camogs plan to do a full 'Biggest Loser' again in the autumn!
